What is powder coating:
It is the process of painting a metal with a thin film of powder and then heating it so that it bonds to the metal, giving a permanent, attractive finish.

What is the size of the oven?
Our oven size is 9 ft. and 6 in. in height, 9 ft. in width and 13 ft. in length, we are able to paint 20 – 25 feet in length.


Advantages of powder coating: 
It is four to five times more durable then liquid paint application, as well as environmentally friendly.  Powder coating has more of a durable, corrosion resistant finish and is very flexible.  If you are looking for long-lasting, heat and scratch resistant finish, then powder coating is the answer.

The surfaces that can be powder coated include: steel, aluminum, chrome, brass, copper, cast, and most alloys.
